  • 1 lettuce head, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cupsparsley, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cupmint, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cupwatercress
  • 3 cucumbers, sliced
  • 4 radishes, sliced
  • 1/2 green peppers, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 red peppers, cut into cubes
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green onion, coarsely chopped
  • 3 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/4 cuppomegranate syrup
  • 1/4 cuplemon juice
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 1 tablespoonsumac
  • 1 loaf Arabic bread, cut into squares and fried or roasted
  • salt to taste

    In a large bowl, mix all the vegetables together.

  2. 2

    In a smaller bowl, place the crushed garlic; add oil, lemon juice, pomegranate juice, sumac and salt. Mix the sauce very well.

  3. 3

    Pour the sauce over the mixed vegetables, mix well and then top with the bread pieces and serve.
