  2. Stock fish
  3. Salt
  4. Yam
  5. Crayfish
  6. Fresh pepper
  7. Chicken
  8. Onion
  9. cubesKnorr

  11. Uda seeds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the chicken and stockfish season it.

  2. 2

    Boil the yam to be soft and pound mould it in small balls.

  3. 3

    Add the yam balls to the cooked meat and stockfish add water in it and let it boil then add salt,knorr cubes,pepper,crayfish,uda seeds(grinded) boil and add uziza leaves cook a bit.
