Smashed potato casserole
It's a simple Irish potatoe dish.
Cooking Instructions

Smashed the boiled potatoes, add salt and mix well.

Add oil to a pan, add peas, minced meat, carrots and all the remaining ingredients except eggs, turn until carrot is soft.
- 3
Flattened your minced meat mixture on a greased baking pan,followed by smashed irish potato.as seen in the pic.

Add beaten eggs on top

Put inside oven and bake, after baking,you can be cutting it like pizza and serve, I use to turn mine upside down.
