Ingredients

  1. 2 piecechicken breast fillet
  2. 2 tbspbutter
  3. 1 tbspminced garlic
  4. 2 tbspminced onions
  5. 1/2 cupquartered button mushrooms
  6. 1/4 cupdiced carrots
  7. 1/4 cupgreen peas
  8. 2 tbspdiced green bell pepper
  9. 200 gramsbéchamel sauce
  10. salt and pepper
  11. 2 tspfish sauce
  12. 1rosemary
  13. 1basil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken breasts in rosemary, basil, fish sauce, salt and pepper. Set aside for about 15 minutes.

    Sauté garlic and onions in butter.

    Add in mushrooms, carrots, peas and bell peppers. Cook for a minute or two.

    Mix in diced chicken breasts and cook over medium heat until done.

    Pour béchamel sauce and cook over low heat for 3 minutes. Season to taste.
