Cooking Instructions

Shred the cabbage, green beans, carrot, onion, green pepper and red pepper. Keep aside

In a pot, add little oil, salt and garlic and ginger paste. Fry on low heat for 1 mins

Add the grounded pepper and fry for 1 mins. Add meat stock and correct seasoning to your taste.

Add the carrot and green beans and cook for 3 mins. Then add other ingredients with meat and cook for further 3 mins.

Serve with white rice or couscous.
