I had some meat sauce leftover from when I made pasta, so I decided to use it to make a doria.

You can use salted or unsalted butter. If you are using salted butter, go easy on the salt and pepper. Recipe by Korokorokorone

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1Carrot
  2. 1Onion
  3. 1Vegetable oil
  4. 300 gramsHot cooked rice
  5. 1Meat Sauce
  6. 1Melting cheese or Parmesan cheese
  7. 1 tbspButter
  8. 1 dashSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Finely chop the carrot and onion. Coat a frying pan with oil and stir-fry the carrot and onion until wilted.

    Quickly mix in the butter, then add the rice, and stir-fry.

  3. 3

    Lightly season with salt and pepper. Put the rice mixture in a gratin dish, then top it with the meat sauce.

    Sprinkle on some melting cheese or Parmesan cheese, and bake in the oven or toaster oven until golden.
