Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour +
  2. 2 tablespoonbutter
  3. 1 tablespoonyeast
  4. 1 cupmilk
  5. 1egg
  6. 3 tablespoonsugar
  7. pinchsalt
  8. oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    I have started by mixing yeast and warm water so that to confirm if the yeast is active

    In a bowl mix egg,butter,suger salt,milk (after mixing with warm water)and then ur yeast,mix them very well.

    Then add ur flour and need for about 10minutes,then cover it to raise for like 10-15mnt.

  4. 4

    Then u roll ur dough,shaped it and leave it to raise again for 5-7mnt,then fry in a midium heat.
