Ingredients

  1. 1 cup (150 g)plain flour
  2. 2medium egss
  3. 1/2 (125 mls)evaporated milk
  4. 2 table spoonmagerine
  5. 1 cup (250 mls)water
  6. Halfteaspoon of salt
  7. 5 teaspoonssugar
  8. Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Put the magerine in a small bowl and melt in microwave and break the 2 eggs into melted magerine..beat till smooth then add 1/2 cup of water

    Add the flour and mix well till there are minimal lumps

  3. 3

    Add the milk, salt and sugar and half cup of water stir very well

  4. 4

    Set a frying pan over medium heat,add a few drops of vegetable oil..just enough to lubricate ur frying pan..when hot pour some pancake batter into the frying pan and fry the underside of the pancake for approximately 1 mint shaking the pan from time to time

  5. 5

    The pancake is done when both sides are brown..
