Ingredients

  1. Shinkafan tuwo
  2. Spinach
  3. Red pepper, tomatoes, scotch bonnet,onions, garlic
  4. Nut meg
  5. Seasonings
  6. Palm oil
  7. Meat

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your rice and soak it for 2hours

  2. 2

    Grind your kayan Miya, with the nutmeg and garlic

  3. 3

    Place your pot on fire add your required Palm oil add sliced onions to it then add your grinded kayan Miya then your per boiled meat and seasonings and fry for 5mnts then add your grind groundnut and continue frying

    Then add little water and cover to boil.wash your spinach which you have already cuts

  5. 5

    Add to the boiling soup stir and cover

  6. 6

    Serve
