Ingredients

  1. 2raw eggs
  2. 1 tbspcurry
  3. 1/2 tspthyme
  4. cubeMaggi
  5. Salt
  6. Black pepper
  7. Shrimps(optional)
  8. 1/4 cupveg oil(u can use less or more)
  9. Shredded red and green bell pepper
  10. 1 cupchopped onion

Cooking Instructions

    Place a pot of veg oil on medium heat

  2. 2

    Add onion,red and green peppers, stir it

  3. 3

    Break and whisk the egg in a bowl till foaming add
    Salt

  4. 4

    Immediately pour it in the sauce on heat,leave it till till done,do not stir the egg while undone,then you cut into small particles while still onn heat after when it is done already

    Then,add water to it depending how watery u want it

  6. 6

    Add Maggi,salt,black pepper, curry, thyme and shrimps,then you cook for 10mins depending on the quantity

  7. 7

    Serve
