Boil pasta for 10min set aside

Blend tomatoes, pepper onions, tatase,ataruhu together.put in a bit pan add vegetable oil and fry add the fish add seasoning cover and allow to cook.

Wash and cut carrots and green beans put in a pan add a little oil sprinkle some black pepper and fry for 5min

Serve pasta with fish source and veggies
