Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. Pinchbaking powder
  3. 2 tbspoil
  4. Cubes
  5. Chicken breast marinated with garlic, ginger, thyme & seasoning
  6. Carrots and potatoes all diced
  7. Egg
  8. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    For the dough, sieve the flour in a bowl, add the baking powder, oil and cubes. Add little water and form a soft dough. Knead for some mins, keep aside and cover.

    For the filling, add your chicken in a pan, cook till tender. Shred it, add chopped peppers. Add oil in a pan fry your chopped potataes and carrots. Add the chicken and stir fry for some mins.

    Cut a potion of your dough, use rolling pin and flatten it, use anything round and make the shape, add the fillings, put egg on the edges and cover with another circle. Use fork and do the edges. Fry when oil is hot, fry till brown.
