This another simple way to make my meat

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgbeef
  2. 4 clovesgarlic
  3. 1/2 tspground ginger
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 tspmixed spices-pilau masala
  6. 2 tbsflour-all purpose
  7. 1 tspsoysauce
  8. 1 cupoil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut meat into cubes and clean using water

  2. 2

    In a bowl mix all the ingredients except oil and flour to make a marinade and add the meat

  3. 3

    Put in the fridge for about 2hrs.this is marination

  4. 4

    Remove from fridge and sprinkle with the flour, heat oil till hot and deep fry to that amazing brown colour.

    You can choose to make a sauce or have it dry.. Enjoy
