Ingredients

  1. Chopped Cabbage
  2. Grated Carrots
  3. Green pepper (sliced)
  4. Red pepper (sliced)
  5. Sliced onions
  6. Peas
  7. to tasteSalt & seasonings
  8. Pinchcurry powder
  9. Little oil for the fillings
  10. sheetSamosa
  11. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak the peas into a hot water, until it becomes soft.

  2. 2

    Pour the little oil in a pot, place it over a medium heat, add the onions stir fry till the onions are pale.

  3. 3

    Add the remaining ingredients and stir fry (do not over cook) in oil, until everything is combined and soft.

  4. 4

    Turn the heat off and let it cool.

  5. 5

    Wrap your spring roll and fry them.

  6. 6

    Then serve.
