  3. 1small head cabbage
  4. 1small carrot
  5. 1 cubemushroom-flavored bouillon (vegetarian)
  6. 2 tablespoonsoil (for stir-frying the filling)
  7. Vegetarian seasoning sauce and sugar (to taste)
  8. 1 tablespoonall-purpose flour
  9. 3 tablespoonswater (to dissolve the flour)
  10. Oil (for frying)

    Prepare the glass noodles, shiitake mushrooms, carrot, and cabbage by washing and cutting them as needed.

    Heat oil over low heat to stir-fry the filling.

    Add the shredded cabbage and carrot, and stir-fry until they soften.
