Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsFlour
  2. 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  3. 100 grmsbutter
  4. 1egg
  5. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  6. Minced meat
  7. Ginger and garlic paste
  8. Oregano
  9. Seasoning
  10. Curry

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the dry ingredients together

  2. 2

    Add butter and rub

  3. 3

    Break the egg and mix gently, add water and mix it gently don't over handle the dough. Allow to rest for 15-20mins

    In a pan add little oil, ginger and garlic paste and saute

  5. 5

    Add the minced meat, oregano, curry seasoning, sliced onions and allow to cook until soft

  6. 6

    Bring out your dough and flattened it (I used meat pie cutter) Add your fillings and cover

  7. 7

    Repeat the process until you are done

  8. 8

    Brush with egg and bake
