  2. 5Pepper
  3. 2med Onions
  4. Seasoning
  5. 1/4 tspCumin powder
  6. 1 tspGarlic powder
  7. 1/4 tspground ginger powder
  8. 1/4 tspGreen pepper
  9. 1/4Black pepper
  10. 1/4 tspCorainder powder
  11. 1/4tsp Calabash nutmeg
  12. 1/4 tspCloves (powder)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash chicken pieces and keep in a drainer

  2. 2

    Mix all spice and 1/4 of the spice

  3. 3

    Mix in the chicken parts and allow to marinate for an hour inside fridge

  4. 4

    After an hour bring out and put in a pot

  5. 5

    Add 5 cups of water to it

  6. 6

    Bring to boil

  7. 7

    Add blended pepper and tattasai

  8. 8

    Add seasoning to taste

  9. 9

    Cover and allow to cook

  10. 10

    When soft, add diced green pepper

  11. 11

    Your chicken pepper soup is ready to be served
