Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsGuinea corn flour
  2. White potash
  3. 3 TablespoonBoaboo powder
  4. Peppers
  5. Palm oil
  6. Seasonings
  7. Goat meat
  8. Locust bean
  9. Ginger

    For the soup.wash ur peppers,clean very well and pound/ground,including locust bean &ginger.boil the goat meat and keep aside

    Put palm oil on fire, pour the grounded peppers, fry like for 5mnts

    Add water (moderate), crumb ur seasonings,add boiled meat

  5. 5

    Cover and leave it to cook for good 45mnts

  6. 6

    After 45mnts,add the boaboo powder gradually gradually,use twister to combine very well (to avoid lumps)

    When the soup bit thickness, half cover,allow it to cook again,like for 10mnts.Ur soup is ready.enjoy

    For the tuwo..put plain water on fire and allow it to boil

  9. 9

    Dilute like half cup of Guinea corn powder with liquid potash & plain water,add to the boiled water, stir and leave it cook for 40mnts

  10. 10

    Now,add the Guinea corn powder gradually-gradually to make it thickness.

    Cover and leave it cook again in a low heat,like for 15mnts.Ur tuwo is ready.U can eat with pepper powder &man shanu(cow-cheese,but u mst fry it first).Enjoy
