For mango dice it add your mint and ginger and blend together and seive serve chill

For the tigernut soak the tigernut and white rice blend together and seive.add up your flavour both liquid and powderd and sugar.enjoy

For the zobo wash your zobo put in pot add cinnamon,cardamom, ginger,cloves, and mint till boil,seive blend cucumber and ginger add up sugar,flavour.enjoy
