  1. 2 cupflour
  2. 7eggs
  3. Halfsimas
  4. Sugar half cup
  5. 1 teaspoonvanilla essence
  6. Eclair
  7. 10 tablespoonmilk

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add half of the butter add sugar,mix until soft and fluffy

    Add the eggs and mix add vanilla essence,powdered Milk and mix well

  3. 3

    Add the flour little at a time and mix

  4. 4

    Transfer into a grease baking tin and drop one éclair on top of each cake tin and bake in a pre heated oven until a skewer insert comes out clean,then serve and enjoy
