Ingredients

  • 2big onion,2 cup kebab flour/besan/chick flour(all are same)
  • 1 tbspred chilli pwd, 1tsp ajwain(caraway seeds good for tummy)
  • 1 tsphaldi(turmeric pwd)
  • 1 tbspsalt, small bunch of coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    First slice onions on it put red chilli pwd,turmeric,salt,ajwain (caraway)coriander leaves n 1 cup flour n mix well till u get sticky batter(pic2)now mix the remaining flour n mix well n fry.serve with sauce, chutney enjoy😊(good in Ramadan as its quick to make)
