Layer bottom with graham crackers.

Mix pudding and milk beat with electric mixer 2-3 minutes until thickened. Fold in cool whip.

Add 1/2 of pudding mixture over graham crackers. Repeat layers of graham crackers and pudding ending with graham crackers as top layer.

Warm frosting in microwave 30-40 seconds until slightly runny. Pour warm frosting over top layer of graham crackers.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 12 hours allowing frosting to harden.
