Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2-3 cupsfiltered water
  • 1small handful of parsley
  • 1small handful of spinach
  • 1small handful of kale
  • 2 stalkschopped celery
  • 1small knob of fresh ginger, skin removed
  • 1chopped cucumber
  • 1large sweet apple, cored and quartered
  • 1large ripe banana
  • 1lemon, juiced

  1. 1

    Put all the ingredients in a bowl, starting with 2 cups of water. Blend until smooth.

  2. 2

    Put a towel or a strainer over another bowl and pour the juice.

  3. 3

    Drink immediately or keep in the fridge for max 2 days.
