2-3 cupsfiltered water
1small handful of parsley
1small handful of spinach
1small handful of kale
2 stalkschopped celery
1small knob of fresh ginger, skin removed
1chopped cucumber
1large sweet apple, cored and quartered
1large ripe banana
1lemon, juiced

Put all the ingredients in a bowl, starting with 2 cups of water. Blend until smooth.

Put a towel or a strainer over another bowl and pour the juice.

Drink immediately or keep in the fridge for max 2 days.
