Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2-3 cupsfiltered water
  2. 1small handful of parsley
  3. 1small handful of spinach
  4. 1small handful of kale
  5. 2 stalkschopped celery
  6. 1small knob of fresh ginger, skin removed
  7. 1chopped cucumber
  8. 1large sweet apple, cored and quartered
  9. 1large ripe banana
  10. 1lemon, juiced

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put all the ingredients in a bowl, starting with 2 cups of water. Blend until smooth.

    Put a towel or a strainer over another bowl and pour the juice.

  3. 3

    Drink immediately or keep in the fridge for max 2 days.
