Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsBeans
  2. 4tattasai
  3. 5scotch bonnet
  4. 1med size onion
  5. Seasoning
  6. 1/4 cupcrayfish (grinded)
  7. 1root of Ginger(freshly grated)
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1/4 cupV egetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash beans and pound in a mortar to remove peel(back)

  2. 2

    Soak for at least 45 min to an hour to get a nyc moimoi

  3. 3

    Wash again and add ginger,pepper And onions

  4. 4

    Take to grinder.

    Add little water

  6. 6

    Add seasoning n mix well

  7. 7

    Add crayfish and sausage

  8. 8

    Add fried oil n mix

  9. 9

    Pour in containers or nylon or leaves

  10. 10

    Put inside steamer to steam for 45 mins if need be add extra 10 mins

  11. 11

    Remove n serve with any sauce of ur choice,palm oil n pepper or yaji.i take mine with KUNUN Gyada.
