Fry ur minced meat together with a little scotch bonnet and onion. Keep stirring until cooked

Mix ur flour with little baking powder and egg, then add water to make it watery

With a brush, brush ur flour mixture on ur nonstick pan and let set fr few seconds on low heat, then put ur minced meat mixture and fold. Deep fry in oil until its golden brown
