Ingredients

  1. 1 packmaggi
  2. 100 gramsPaneer
  3. 1capsicum cut in cubes
  4. 1onion cut in cubes
  5. 2-3green chillies slit lengthwise
  6. 3-4garlic cloves finely chopped
  7. 2 tbspcornflour
  8. 4 tbsptomato sauce
  9. 2 tbspgreen chilli sauce
  10. 1 tspsoy sauce
  11. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. As neededOil for cooking & frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl take cornflour, salt add little water and make a smooth batter.

    Coat the paneer pieces in the batter and fry the paneer pieces till golden brown from all sides.

    Once done take out on a kitchen towel to remove the excess oil and keep aside.

    Heat oil in a pan add finely chopped garlic and green chillies saute for few seconds.

    Next add onions and capsicum cook for 1-2 minutes.

    Add maggi masala, tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper and mix everything well.

    Add fried paneer and boiled maggi mix it well.

  8. 8

    Add more of tomato sauce and green chilli sauce if it's too dry adjust according to your taste.

    Chilli Paneer Maggi is ready serve hot!
