Ingredients

2 servings
  • 100 gramspaneer
  • 1big bulb spring onion with greens/scallions
  • 1-2green chillies
  • 1small capsicum random cut
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tspchinese mix spices
  • 1 tspcrushed garlic
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut paneer pieces in shape as desired but minimum 1 1/2 inch width

    Heat oil saute capsicum,onions, scallions and paneer add the dry spices now.

  3. 3

    Make slurry of corn flour now,add soy sauce to this, add to the ready paneer and onion mix cook 5-7 minutes.Ready to serve
