Cooking Instructions

Take One bowle and sture butter for 5min and than add sugar powder and again sture for 5 min.

Take another bowle and add backing soda and backing powder and sture for 2 min.

Take another bowle and add all dry ingredients and mixed it well. And add in butter sture and mixed it well and add water and ready as dough.

Take a part of dough and make half inch thick roti and give shape as cookies.

Owen pre heat at 150.c for 5 min and arrange cookies in backing tray and back for 20 to 25 min at 150.c.

And now enjoy ginger cookies.
