Cooking Instructions

Blend the butter and the sugar together.

Add the egg and the honey.

Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, cinammon, nutmeg and ginger).

Add to this the mix of butter and put it together until you have a nice dough.

Put the dough in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Spread the dough cut cute figures and put in the oven for 7 minutes, the cookies must be soft.
- 7
Wait until they're cold and then decorate with frosting (an egg white and 250 grams of powdered sugar).
