Cooking Instructions

    Cut tofu into large squares and soak in salty water.

    Strain and fry d tofu(shallow)

  3. 3

    In a bowl,mix 3 serving spoon of veg oil,grounded Scotch bonnet & garlic,freshly granted ginger (peal and grate using small holes of d grater),seasoning and spices until well combine.

    Dip d fried tofu into d marinate one after d other.

  5. 5

    Seal or cover d tofu, marinate for 2-3hrs in fridge or over night.

    Cut Sweet pepper, tomatoes and Onion (square)

  7. 7

    Arrange d tofu and veggies on skewers.

  8. 8

    Rub d excess marinate.

  9. 9

    Grill and serve!
