Ingredients

  1. 1 cupRaw poha
  2. 1 pinchBlack mustard seeds
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 tsp olive oil
  5. 2-4curry leaves
  6. 1 pinchturmeric powder

Cooking Instructions

    At first take a bowl of water then the poha soak into this for 3 minutes,

    Next take a frying pan, then pour one teas spoon olive oil,then add the curry leaves, and mustard seeds then saute it, next the soak poha pour in this, now add salt and turmeric powder then saute it,

    Now it ready, serve into a plate with half teas spoon lemon juice,
