Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsall-purpose flour
  2. 1/4 cupgranulated sugar
  3. 1 teaspoonsalt
  4. 2and 1/4 teaspoons Yeast
  5. 1/2 cupevaporated milk
  6. 3 Tablespoonsmelted butter
  7. 1large egg
  8. Filling
  9. 3 tablespoonsbutter
  10. Cinnamon powder

Cooking Instructions

    Whisk the flour, sugar and salt in a bowl.

    Combine yeast and warm water. Add milk, egg n melted butter to it.

    Pour wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir to make a soft dough.

    Knead the dough for 5 minutes and allow it rest for 15 minutes.

    Roll out the dough in a rectangle. Spread butter n sprinkle cinnamon powder.

    Roll up the dough n cut into rolls. Place the rolls In a greased pan and allow to rise for an hour. Put into a pre-heated oven after the rolls have doubled in size.

    Bake for 25-30 minutes until lightly browned.
