Ingredients

  1. 200 gflour
  2. 170 gbutter
  3. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  4. 2egg + 1 for egg wash
  5. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  6. Water optional
  7. 2 tbsSugar optional
  8. Filling
  9. 2medium size fish
  10. 2medium size onions
  11. Chili pepper
  12. Salt
  13. 2 tbsvegetable oil
  14. cubesSeasoning
  15. 1/2 tspthyme

Cooking Instructions

    Pour the flour into a medium mixing bowl, add baking powder and butter, add egg

  2. 2

    Add lukewarm water, salt and vegetable oil (about 3 spoon full) and mix till you have a smooth stretchy dough

    Cover the lumpy mixture with an air tight plastic wrap and leave it to breath in thd fridge for 15min

    Wash and cut fish. Set in a pot and add water, slice in some onions and add salt to teste cook till its boil empty into a sieve

    When fish is cool remove all d bones and flake it add onions, seasoning cubes, thyme, pepper, salt mix wall

    Making the fish roll. Bring out the dough from the fridge and begin kneading

  8. 8

    Using a rolling pin roll out the dough to a thickness of about 2-3mm use a dough cutter to trim off d edges to give it a rectcanguler shape

    Place your filling at one end apply egg wash to d remaining part start rolling

  10. 10

    Repeat step for others bake or fry

  11. 11

    Ready to eat
