My first attempt to make this barfi and it's super yummy..

Ingredients

20 mins
  1. 1 cupmango pulp
  2. 1 cupmilk powder
  3. Sugar as per taste
  4. 11/2 cupdessicated coconut
  5. Aa neededAlmonds finely chopped
  6. 2 pinchCardamon powder
  7. 1 tbspGhee

Cooking Instructions

20 mins
  1. 1

    In a pan add very little ghee and roast dessicated coconut for few mins.The flame should be medium.The colour should not change.Remove and keep aside.

    Ina pan add mango puree and cook till it thickens. Then add sugar and cook till sugar melts.

    Add milk powder and mix well. Atlast add dessicated coconut and mix till it starts leaving the sides of pan. Add cardamon powder and mix well.

    Grease a plate and pour the mixture and spread evenly. Garnish with chopped almonds and allow it to cool.Refrigerate for atleast 2 to 3 hrs. Cut into pieces and serve.
