Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled potato mashed
  2. 3 tbsprice flour
  3. 4 tbspoil
  4. 1 tspchat masala
  5. 2 tspgreen chilli chopped
  6. 2 tspsalt
  7. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  8. 1 tspgaram masala
  9. 2 tbspimli chutney
  10. 1 tbspsweet curd
  11. 1 tbspgreen chutney

Cooking Instructions

    Add boiled and mashed potato in a bowl add ginger garlic paste, chilli paste and rice flour

    Mix well Add salt, chat masala and mix well

  3. 3

    Make a small size tikki and shallow fry till golden brown both side

  4. 4

    Serve with onion rings, sweet curd, green chutney, imli chutney.
