  2. 3 cupsWhisked cold curd
  3. 1/2 tspRoasted Cumin powder
  4. PinchBlack salt
  5. PinchBlack pepper
  6. Aa neededRed chilli powder – 1pinch for sprinkle

Cooking Instructions

    Take Cucumber

  2. 2

    Wash properly and peel

  3. 3

    Grate Cucumber

  4. 4

    Take whisked cold curd

  5. 5

    Add grated Cucumber with whisked cold curd

  6. 6

    Mix well and add salt and pepper

  7. 7

    Garnish with sprinkle cumin powder and red chilli powder
