Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspsabja/ basil seeds
  2. 1/4 cupboiled vermicelli
  3. 1Mango ( half chopped and half for puree)
  4. 1/4 cupcurd/ milk(any one)
  5. 1 tbspsugar powder
  6. 2 tbsprose syrup
  7. As requiredsome mixed chopped nuts

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First soak basil seeds in water, keep aside.

  2. 2

    In a pan add a cup of water and bring it up to a boil.add vermicelli and cook until done.once done strain and keep aside.

    Peel and cut mango into pieces and grind it to puree along with little sugar.

  4. 4

    Whisk curd along with sugar and keep aside.

  5. 5

    Now in a serving glass,pour rose syrup then soaked basil seeds and then cooked vermicelli.

    Add mango puree, mango chunks then whisked sweet curd. In last add chopped nuts or You can also add mango icecream on top.

    Delicious mango falooda is ready to serve.
