  1. 2onions
  2. 1capsicum
  3. 3 tspcabbage
  4. 1Tomato
  5. 200 gmspaneer
  6. 1 tspoil
  7. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 1/2 tspchilli powder
  10. 1/3 tsphaldi powder
  11. 2 tspSchezwan sauce
  12. 2 tsptomato sauce
  13. 2-3 spoonswater

Cooking Instructions

    First wash all the vegetables and cut them into square pieces. Now heat oil in a kadhai, add onion pieces and saute them for 2 minutes.

    Add pieces of tomato, capsicum and cabbage and saute them for another 2 minutes.

    Add all the spices and sauces to the kadhai

  4. 4

    Mix all the ingredients and add paneer cubes and mix them again, add little water if required.

    Now cover vegetables with plate for 2 minutes and cook on a low flame. Schezwan paneer is ready to be served.
