Ingredients

  1. 250 gmspinach
  2. 1/2inch ginger
  3. 3 podsgarlic
  4. 2chillies
  5. 1chopped onion
  6. 1chopped tomato
  7. 1bay leaf
  8. 1/4 inchcinnamon stick
  9. 2 tsp kasuri methi
  10. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  11. 2 tbspnmilk cream
  12. 150 gmpaneer
  13. as neededOil and butter
  14. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  15. As per taste salt
  16. As neededwater

Cooking Instructions

    Clean and wash spinach and boil it then strain it and make a paste with ginger, garlic and chilli

  2. 2

    In a pan add oil and butter then add bay leaf, cinnamon stick and cummin seeds once colour gets change add onion cook till transluscent

    Add chopped tomatoes and salt once tomatoes get soft add palak paste and lil water let it cook for sumtym dein add chopped paneer mix it well adjust water

    Sprinkle kasuri methi and garam masala stir and close the lid and cook till paneer gets cooked then switch off the flame and add cream and serve hot

    Note: i dont cook paneer seperately in oil
