Ingredients

  1. 250 gramPaneer
  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. 2 tbsp Gram flour
  4. 2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  5. 1/2 tbspChaat masala
  6. 1/2 tbspTurmeric powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. as neededOil
  9. 2Green cardamom
  10. 2Black cardamom
  11. 2Cloves
  12. 2Black peppercorns
  13. 2Dry red chilli
  14. 2Bay leaf
  15. 2big Onions
  16. 3Tomatoes
  17. 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  18. 1 tbsp Cumin powder
  19. as neededWater
  20. 1 cupMilk
  21. 1 tbspkasuri methi
  22. 1 tbspGaram masala
  23. as neededCoriander chopped

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl add paneer, curd, gram flour, ginger garlic paste,chaat masala, turmeric and salt and mix it well. Marinate and keep for half an hour. Heat some oil in a pan, add the marinated paneer and cook until it turns golden brown in colour from all sides.Keep aside.

    Heat oil in a other pan, green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves, black peppercorns, dry red chilli, bay leaf and stir well. Add ginger garlic paste and add chopped onions and fry till translucent. add curd and mix it well.add chopped tomato and saute.Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.

    Add turmeric powder, add red chilli, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder and mix it well.Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Add water and Bring it to a boil.add milk and mix it well.add kasuri methi, garam masala and add the cooked paneer and give it a nice stir.Cook for 5 min.Garnish with coriander.Serve hot with naan or rice.
