Ingredients

  1. 100 gramsyoung tamarind
  2. 200 gramsminced pork
  3. 50 gramsgarlic peeled
  4. 5dried bell pepper
  5. 70fresh chilli
  6. 5dried red chilli peppers
  7. 1 tbspshrimp paste
  8. 1/4 tspsalt
  9. 50 gramspalm sugar
  10. 1fish sauce (for seasoning)
  11. 2 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Tamarind wash thoroughly. Pounded with tamarind and salt until soft and set aside.

    Fresh chili, dried bell peppers, dried garlic pounded together until crushed. Then they pounded into shrimp paste and palm sugar until combined.

    Tamarind chilli pounded into the well along with minced pork per pound as well.

  4. 4

    Set the pan over medium heat add the oil is hot enough to fry the tamarind chili paste low. Until the pork is cooked, taste and season with fish sauce, sugar, sour, spicy and sweet, respectively. Then fry for another 5 minutes finished.
