Ingredients

12 pieces
  1. 2 cupchopped spinach
  2. 1 cupgram flour or besan
  3. 2green chilli chopped
  4. 1/2 tbspCarom seeds
  5. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. as neededOil to fry

Cooking Instructions

    Take all the ingredients except oil in a big bowl.

    Mix them properly. You can add small amount of water if needed.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a skillet.

  4. 4

    Make fritters with your hand or spoon. Fry till golden brown and crisp.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with green coriander and mint chutney.

  6. 6
