Ingredients

  1. 1 small bowl wheat flour
  2. Water as reqried
  3. 2 spoondessi ghee
  4. Salt and red chilli powder as per taste
  5. 2boil potato
  6. 1onion chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Firstly make a dough of wheat flour now mash potato in a dish add onion, salt and red chilli powder mix well

  2. 2

    Now heat tava make a chapati spread ghee on it fill potato, in it now cover the roll make chapati again and put it on tava cook from both sides

  3. 3

    Spread ghee and fry it now ur Parantha is ready serve it with curd
