Steps

Take all the ingredients except oil and ghee in a bowl along with wheat flour.

Mix them well using hands
Add water if needed
Otherwise knead in daal only - 3
Once done keep aside for 15 minutes
Keep tawa to heat

Pinch dough (little more than required for a chapati)
Make ball
Roll it big like a chapati - 5
Apply ghee
Fold the way you want the parantha - 6
Place it on hot tawa
Flip once and apply ghee - 7
This way cook till it becomes crispy from both the sides
