Ingredients

  1. 2boiled potatoes
  2. 1 ballsAtta dough
  3. Salt and red chilli powder as per taste
  4. as neededDesi ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Take dough aata and make like chapati

  2. 2

    Take a bowl and mash the potatoes

  3. 3

    Mix salt and red chilli powder

  4. 4

    Put the ingredients on the chapati and roll it

  5. 5

    Make like chapati again and put it on heated tava

  6. 6

    Cook the paratha both sides with grease desi ghee

  7. 7

    Serve aaloo paratha with curd or pickle
