Ingredients

  1. 1big chicken
  2. 4maggi star
  3. 4dangote cubes
  4. 3habenaro pepper
  5. 1big onion
  6. 1onga
  7. 1 tbspcurry powder
  8. leavesBay
  9. 1 cupwater
  10. Oil for frying
  11. Salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and cut the chicken. Pour maggi, salt, onga, curry, bay leaves, grounded habenaro pepper, sliced onion and little amount of water. Stir, cover and allow to cook for 10 to 15mins.

    Fry in hot oil till become golden brown.

  3. 3

    Use serviette to remove the excess oil.
