Ingredients

1 hour 12 mins

1salt
1whole onion (cut in chunks)
1lime juice
3potatoes
4stick of celery (cut in chunks)
1hot pepper
3 quartwater
5 lbchicken wings (cut in portion)

Parboil chicken wings. Drain off and wash.

In a large pot, put 3quarts of water adding onions celery. Bring to a boil. Season with pepper and salt. Add limes to your taste.

Then add potatoes. Boil again until potatoes are soft.

Then add wings. Cook for 30 minutes.
