Firstly,heat a pan on flame in it add oil when oil get heated add mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Till then wash rice flakes in water not completely we just want rice flakes to be little wet.

When mustard seeds start cracking add green chilli and onion saute for a minute or till it turns pink.

Now add tomatoes in pan and cook them properly.

After that add potato, turmeric powder, salt and poha mix them properly and cook for two minutes.

Lastly add lemon juice, sugar, peanuts, Pomegranate arils and chopped coriander leaves mix all things properly and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Now take out yummy poha in plate topped it with bikaji namkeen.
