Coffee and Milk Mousse Coffee and Milk Mousse
I just love coffee! I always have coffee in the kitchen, so if I don't have anything else to make sweets with, I always make them with coffee.-I used "Maxim" brand coffee granules.-If you are using powdered gelatin, rehydrate it with 5 times the amount of water as gelatin.-Use whatever cups you'd like. The cups I used were big, so I could only make four. Recipe by nyonta cookpad.japan -

Light and Creamy Coffee Mousse Light and Creamy Coffee Mousse
1. I got the idea (if my vague memory serves me right) from a cocoa mousse recipe (or it could've been a chocolate mousse, I can't remember), which I used to make a lot from a recipe found in my diet sweets cookbook.2. Coffee is easier, cheaper, and more convenient to make (than cocoa, chocolate, etc.). These ingredient amounts are what I ended up with, after experimenting many times trying to make it fluffy and creamy, while keeping down the calories..At Step 3, there's more water than gelatin powder, so I dissolve it in residual heat (in the bowl from Step 2). If this worries you, add gelatin (and sugar if desired) to the bowl after dissolving it completely in a microwave. As a reference, heat it a little over 10 seconds at about 500W without plastic wrap. This recipe will be about 108 total calories (For 2 servings, excluding topping) if you substitute heavy cream and milk with low-fat ones, and the sugar with artificial sweetener (e.g. about 2 teaspoons of Palsweet 1/12). Please refer to this as a guide if you need to make this as low calorie as possible due to dietary restrictions, etc. For 2 cups (about 100ml capacity). Recipe by Sabumochi cookpad.japan -
Coffee-Flavored Chocolate Oreo Mousse Coffee-Flavored Chocolate Oreo Mousse
I madeas a white chocolate mousse with Valentine's Day in mind . It's simple, but it is really delicious! This is my best recipe I really recommend it!This solidifies quickly unlike other white chocolate mousse recipes I have uploaded, so you do not need to chill the mixture in Step 5. It will actually make things more difficult if it solidifies too much. It finishes faster in exchange . I completely over-whipped the heavy cream in the photo for Step 3. For about 8 servings. White Chocolate & Oreo Cookie Mousse Coffee Flavored White Chocolate & Oreo Cookie Mousse Coffee Flavored
I wanted to make a chocolate mousse first but I only had white chocolate. I added a bit of coffee flavour with instant coffee and chocolate flavour with Oreo. When you mix the cream and white chocolate, do this process while chilling the mixture. If you break the Oreo cookies too fine, they will become much finer while mixing with other ingredients, so be careful. I thought about this afterwards, but If I had added half of the Oreo cookies after having poured the mousse into the cups, the cookies might not have sunk to the bottom. For 8 serving cups.
