  1. I whole mango,washed, peeled and cut into smaller pieces,
  2. Halfcup sugar,
  3. 1thumb sized fresh ginger,
  4. 2 cupscold water

Cooking Instructions

    In a blender jar add the water and sugar,then add the mango and fresh ginger. Blend till smooth.

    In a bowl sieve the mango puree. Pour in classes and enjoy.
